Figgs of Elizabeth City, NC.; his grandchildren, Ukiah D. Abassi (Yousaf) of Durham, NC, Anthony M. Barnes Jr. of Durham, NC. and Myah S. Barnes of Durham, NC.; and his brothers, Terry Figgs (Sarah) of Swansea, SC, Winfred Figgs (Linda) of Elizabeth City, NC and Allen Figgs (Gloria) of Glassboro, NJ.. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and beloved friends.
