He was predeceased by: his son Michael Copeland; his parents, Ed Copeland and Mary Copeland; his brother Gary Copeland; and his nephew Branden Kinnison.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his daughters, Kristi Jefferies and Heather Coley; his granddaughters, Courtney and Kaylee Jefferies; his daughter-in-law Katie Copeland; and his siblings, Sherrie Kinnison (Barry) and Barry Copeland (Tanya). He is also survived by 16 nieces and nephews.
