He was predeceased by: his mother Bridget O'Donnell Golding. He is survived by: his father Neville Golding; his wife Rose Mary Golding; his sons, Arthur John Golding, Jr. of Greenville, Michael Andrew Golding and Matthew Neville Golding; and his siblings, Chris Golding (Elizabeth) of Youngsville, Stuart Golding (Tina) of Climax and Claire Haith (Steve) of Mebane. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews.
