He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Crabtree (Bobby) of Kittrell, NC and Megan Sims of Creedmoor, NC; his grandchildren, Jason Crabtree (Crystal), CJ Crabtree of Kittrell, NC, Vanessa Clark (Benjamin) of Virgilina, VA, Sarah Ownby (Jonathan) of Surgoinsville, TN and Aaliyah Sims-Wheeler; his great grandchild Liam Crabtree; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Mason Abney and Adyleena Abbott; and his sister Linda Hicks (Carl) of Durham, NC..
