He is survived by: his father Haywood Purefoy; his siblings, Linwood Daye (Debra), Anthony Daye and Janice Daye Alston (Jesse Tyrone); his aunts and uncles, Helen Bell, Evelyn Clemons (Gene), Linda Baber (Larry), Rosemary Everett (Lee), Douglas Hart, Ronnie Hart (Wanda) and Willis Reginald Hart; his stepdaughters, Monique Clayton (Clarence), Latoya Johnson (Jerome) and Jessika Avery (Timothy); and his uncle Nathaniel "Rex" Purefoy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
