She is survived by: her husband MacArthur Blackwell; her children, Glenda Wilson (Dehaventon) of Portsmouth, Virginia and Timothy Blackwell; and her siblings, Willie Mae Poteat of Durham and Baby Ray Poteat of Roxboro. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends.
