It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Jeanne Swaringen of Durham, North Carolina, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on June 29, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Stidman and Mary Stidman; and her daughter Mary Kara Webb. She is survived by: her husband Roy Swaringen; her siblings, Dave Stidman, John Stidman of Colorado and Susan Lewis (Tom) of Colorado; her children, Krista Marie Johnson (Buck), Keith Webb (Eva Hildreth) and Kevin Webb (Ruth); her grandchildren, Janeen Webb, Devin Miles (Jay), Kathryn Webb, Aaron Johnson and Brian Johnson; her stepsons, Rob Swaringen (Jenn) and Jon Swaringen; her nieces, Gretta Stidman and Erika Lewis (Colorado); and her nephew Pete Stidman (Colorado).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Aldersgate UMC.
