He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jarvis Rigsbee and Annie Lois Mims Rigsbee. He is survived by: his children, Robert Beltran Rigsbee (Grover Jacobs), Charles David Rigsbee and Sara Rigsbee (Ray Allen); his grandchildren, John Hunter Rigsbee and Elizabeth Raye Allen; his great grandchildren, Stella Rigsbee, Max Rigsbee and Angel Hunter Rigsbee; and his siblings, Roger L. Rigsbee (Cindy Rigsbee), David M. Rigsbee, Betsy R. Cox, Donna E. Carden (Johnnie Carden) and Carol S. Hearn (Johnny Hearn). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
