She is survived by: her caregiver Corps; her pet Lily; her children, Anna Marie Luther of Liberty, NC, Susan Gail Godwin of Dunn, NC and David Gerald Johnson (Lisa) of Erwin, NC; her grandsons, James Michael Luther (Cathy), Kevin Gerald Luther (Susan Daniels), Dr. Andrew Johnson Godwin (Christina), David Gerald Johnson II and Steven Gale Godwin (Bethany); her great grandchildren, Ashley, Dorothy, Rori, Blake, Stella, Callie Nicole and Ethan; and her great great grandchild Bryson Adkins.
