He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Stack; his children, Antonio Stack, Felicia Stack (Johnny), Crystal Monds Mclean-Bethea (Terry), Dr. Tameki Mongo (Tyke), Shalonda Stack, Ebony Smith and Brittney Rouse (Anthony); his siblings, Tracy Stack (Kimberly), Reginald Stack (Cassandra), Shirley Carter (William), Catherine Stack and Kimberly Stack; his grandchildren, Bryan Stack, Crystal Bright, Martejah Young, Braxton Boykin, Ebony Stack, Devan Boykin, Cristen McLean, Tatum McLean, Jabarri Price, Isaac Mongo, Caden Stack, Braelyn Leggett and Paisely Rouse; his great grandchildren, Bryan Stack Jr., Braylan Bright, Bailey Bright and Barry Bright; and his aunts, Stella Johnson and Laura Small. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
