He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherrill Feimster and Cora Pennel Feimster. He is survived by: his wife Lou Ellen Huffman Feimster; his children, Willard "Jack" Feimster, Jr. (Marilyn) and Sandra Mangum (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Jonathan Mangum, Lee Mangum, Daniel, John and Jim Feimster; and his sister Helen Winters. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
