He was predeceased by: his parents, Rawleigh Reece and Zada Reece; and his brothers, Wayne, Jerry, Billy Joe and James Reece.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Reece; his sons, Ray Reece, Jr. (Jackie), Sam Reece and Mark Reece; his grandchildren, Shawn Reece and Brandon Reece; his great grandchild Lawson Reece; and his siblings, Dean Reece (Joyce), Joyce Black (Ken) and Wilma Hunt (David).
