She was predeceased by: her parents, Harrison Charlie Perkins and Mallie Dye Perkins; and her husband Everette Eugene Clark. She is survived by: her daughters, Christy Coffey (Michael) and Teresa Bunton; and her siblings, William Perkins (Diane) and Nettie Price. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
