He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas Frazier, Jr. and Julia Cornelia Frazier; and his former wife Jan Frazier. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Crowe Frazier; his sons, Neal and Nathan Frazier; his stepdaughters, Addie Cogdill and Erin Cook; his grandchildren, Ayden and Liam Frazier; his siblings, Judy Vinson, Peggy McConnell (Patrick), Dennis Frazier (Carol), Shirby Whalen (Dick) and Vicky Christenbury (David); and his brother-in-law Tim Bumgardner.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Charlotte Fire Department Fire Prevention Foundation, 500 Dalton Avenue, Charlotte, North Carolina 28206.
