He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Hedgepath and Mary Hedgepath; and his brother Tony Hedgepath. He is survived by: his wife Delta Dawn Penland; his children, Kevin Parker, Jonathan Hedgepath Jr., Corbin Hedgepath and Amber Penland (Jorge Salazar-Castro); his stepdaughters, Leann Penland and Rachel Rhyne; and his siblings, Jeff Hedgepath (Diane), David Hedgepath (Sue), Whitey Hedgepath (Wendy), Cindy Childress (Mike), Karen Nipper and Connie Johnson. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
