She was predeceased by: her parents, Carrie Randolph (Turner) and Frank Randolph; her husband Earl "Butch" Clemmer; and her siblings, Shirley Randolph, Frank Randolph, Jr., James Randolph and Danny Randolph.

She is survived by: her family Nancy; her son Daniel Bumgardner; her daughter-in-law Tina Bumgardner (Drum) of Gastonia; her grandchildren, Brandon Bumgardner of Gastonia, Haley Ray of Belmont, Carrie Bumgardner of Gastonia and Josh Drum of Gastonia; her sister Linda Putnam (Hayes) of Kings Mountain; her sister-in-law Susie Beach (Bill); and her close friends, Lea Orr, Miss Wilson, Darlene, Earl Calhoun, Jean Drum and Roxanne Pentecost.
