With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Katherine Christine Holland of Dallas, North Carolina, born in Gaston, North Carolina, who passed away on November 22, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband James Haskell "Jim" Holland; her children, Michelle "Missy" Parker and Jason Browning (Cortney); her stepsons, Jimmy Holland (Kim) and John Holland (Angee); her grandchildren, Harris Holland, Bree Shain (Ian), Scott Parker (Brooke), Noah Helms, Hunter Holland (Courtney), Tyler Holland, Gray Holland, Logan Bingham, Caden Browning, Harper Bingham and Colton Browning; her great grandchildren, Raylan Parker, Boone Shain and Beau Shain; her brothers, Mickey Grindstaff (Mary Ann) and Ronnie Grindstaff (Pam); her aunt Mary Ann Goodwin; her close friend Trudy Pope; and her caregiver Lynsey Gibson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
