She is survived by: her mother Helen Hannah Tallent; her daughter Lauren Burgin Carter (Lee); her grandchildren, Layne Carter, Logan Carter and Lilly Carter; and her siblings, Kathy Ferguson (Lyle), Paul Tallent (Heather) and Myra Courtney. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and close friends.
