He was predeceased by: his parents, Dock Junior Hamrick and Mary Belle Hamrick; his stepson Benny Sloan, Jr.; his granddaughter Clarissa Clemmons; and his great grandchild Kadence Clemmons.
He is survived by: his wife Katherine Columbus Hamrick; his daughters, Millison Reid (Anthony) of Mooresville, NC and Nicole (Tyrone) of Kannapolis; his stepchildren, Tyrell Sloan of Kannapolis, Andre Douglas of Lexington, NC and Kewanna Bigelow (Gary) of Salisbury, NC; and his brother Tony Hamrick of Kannapolis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Due to Covid-19, masks are appreciated if worn in all services.
