She was predeceased by: her sisters, Karen Hargrove and Christina Jones. She is survived by: her parents, Janet Soles Pennell of Whiteville and James Wadus Hammonds of Holden Beach; her son Josh Adam Hammonds (Christina) of Whiteville; her siblings, Sandra Barr (Rodney) of Shelby, NC, Melissa Hammonds Miller (Carl) of Sanford and Ashley Pennell of Whiteville; and her grandchildren, Austin Tucker, Ashlyn Hammonds, Allison Poole and Carleigh Hammonds.
