He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Haskell and Nancy Trollinger Page; his wife Sheila Ann Page; and his siblings, Floyd, Bob, Sonny, Jerry and Shirley Jones.

He is survived by: his children, Tasha Nicole Page (Jeffery), Shirley Page Fields (Bryan) and Christopher Wayne Page (Jessica); his brother Ben "Tom" Page (Carolyn); and his grandchildren, Mason Wayne Page, David Wayne Martin, Kera Nicole Martin, Randall Clayton, Amy Clayton and Terra Eaker. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the church.
