He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernie Black and Mary Lou Crump; his wife Amanda Kay Wright Black; his son Jeff Black; and his brothers, Don, Steve, Tommy Black, Bill and Bob Pruitt.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Almond (Frank) and Sherry Huffman (Dale); his brother Ronnie Black (Jane); and his grandchildren, Ashley Miller (Stan), Casey Pearson (Jacob) and Ryan Arbogast. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
