He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Cecil and Wilma Grace Powers Miller. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Testerman Miller; his children, Jeremiah Miller of Creston, Monica Miller of West Jefferson and Angela Miller (Anthony Occhipinti) of Boone; his brother Cecil Miller of Wilkesboro; and his grandchildren, Sheyanne and Alex.
