Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Chessie Eldreth of Creston, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 90, on December 26, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Edgar and Ester Mayberry Cox; her brothers, Leonard Carl Cox and Roger Lee Cox; and her grandson Michael Dale Eldreth (Johnny Dale Eldreth).
She is survived by: her children, Linda Wilson (Louie) of Creston and Rob Eldreth of West Jefferson; her siblings, Loyd Cox (Lois) of Creston, Walter Cox (Roda) of Creston, Bill Cox (Kaye) of Warrensville and Lillian Calhoun (Earl) of Crumpler; and her uncle Leonard "Lane" Cox of Creston. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
