He was predeceased by: his parents, William D. Munn Sr. and Lucille Hart Munn; and his siblings, Carolyn M. Gentry, Becky M. Stanfield and Lenard Munn.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Moss Munn; his children, Jada Munn Stanton (David) of Wilton and William "Bubba" Munn III of Wilton; and his grandchildren, Bryce Munn, Olivia Munn, Ava Munn, Seth Stanton and Leah Stanton.
