She was predeceased by: her husband Alan P. Neely; and her brother Vernon G. Garret, Jr. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer, Elizabeth (Betsie) and Roger; her brother Robert I. Garrett; her wife Marguerite Garrett; and also Yvonne Garrett. She is also survived by her four grandchildren, and her three great-grandchildren.
