She was predeceased by: her parents, Orasho Bradley and Mary Anna Parks Brook; her siblings, Garland, O. B. Jr., Cecil and Ruth B. Huff; her adoptive son Crayton Gray Nelms; and her granddaughter Jessica Leigh Tippett.
She is survived by: her sons, Louis Bradley Tippett (Jane), Steven Wayne Tippett (Pamela) and Larry Eugene Tippett. She is also survived by six grandchildren, three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
