He is survived by: his wife Dale Blair; his sons, Greg Blair (Deanna) of Creedmoor, NC and Anthony Blair (Rachel) of Louisbrug, NC.; his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Cole, Sophia, Avaleigh, Eli, Liam and Jonas; and his siblings, Judy Bradsher (Wayne) of Creedmoor, NC, Deborah Parrish (Phillip) of Elkin, NC, Charles E. Blair, Jr. of Elkin, NC and Michael Blair of Creedmoor, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and close friends.
