He is survived by: his wife Christine Sybil (Blake); his children, Michelle and Andrew (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Maureen Lillian McNamara Stone (Tyler), Charles Joseph Hollister and James Ackler Hollister; his niece Lori Skinner (Brian); and his nephew Jon Franchino (Janet Gilchrist) of Denver, Colorado..
