It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ethel Mode Richard (Cornelius, North Carolina), born in Cleveland, North Carolina, who passed away on December 4, 2018, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Lem Mode; her husband Lee Roy Richard; and her son Johnny Richard. She is survived by: her parent Lottie Queen Mode; her children, Bruce Richard of Rockwell, Gary Richard of Cornelius, Linda Foley of Cornelius and Christine Richard of Cornelius; and her brother Donald Mode of Morganton. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
