It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bernard Kwiatkowski (Cornelius, North Carolina), who passed away on December 13, 2019, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Kwiatkowski and Victoria Kulecz Kwiatkowski. He is survived by: his children, Allen Kwiatkowski (Christine), Janet Rivers (Dan) and David Kwiatkowski (Lisa); his grandchildren, Jimmy, Richie, Marissa, Michael, Alexa, Taylor, Melissa and Kristina; and his great grandchildren, Darien and Regan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial Donations may be made to Charlotte Hospice and Palliative Care.
