She was predeceased by: her parents, James M. Smyre and Neta B. Keener Smyre; her husband Bayne Jonas; and her sisters, Dorothy Mae Smyre and Linnie Maxine Townsend.
She is survived by: her children, Patsy Hill (Fred), Diane Bennett (Fred), Allen Jonas (Linda) and Bruce Jonas (Diane); her grandchildren, Shane, Jackie, Stephanie, Vicki, Micheal, Amy, John and Judy; and her sisters, Jane Reedy of Danville, PA and Linda Travis of Newton, NC.. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
