He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Parks Wilkie and Bertha Elizabeth Wilkie; his former wife Judy Wilkie; his son Norman P. Wilkie Jr.; his sister Shelby Jean Stillwell; and his brothers-in-law, Champ Stillwell, Eddie Killgore and Ernest Hinson.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hedrick Wilkie; his daughter Terri Wilkie of Vale; his stepson Terry Shook (Libby); his sister Sue Hinson; and his grandchildren, Samantha, Kerri, Jonathan, Micah, Michael, Chris, Casey and Leanne. He is also survived by Nine Great-Grandchildren.
