She was predeceased by: her parents, Timmy Green and Nellie Mitchell Green; and her brothers, Larry Mitchell and Charlie Mitchell. She is survived by: her husband David L. Pack; her son Travis E. Pack of Newton; her siblings, Tim Green, Sherrie Stevens of Davy, WV, Effie Newcomb of Davy, WV and Becky Con of Eugene, OR; and her grandchildren, Layla Pack and Alora Pack A.
