He was predeceased by: his parents, George Russell Bolick and Peggy McGuinn Bolick of Claremont; and his grandparents, Floyd, Ruth Bolick, James and Nell McGuinn.

He is survived by: his siblings, Russell Todd Bolick of Claremont and Sherrie Bolick Motter of Claremont; his nephew Bronson Midkiff; and his great-niece Taylor Prince of Catawba.
