With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Arthur Hollar of Claremont, North Carolina, born in Catawba, North Carolina, who passed away on February 28, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hollar and Rosemary Hoke Hollar; his sons, Rickey and Mickey; and his grandson Michael Norris.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Travis Hollar; his daughters, Donna Carroll (Tommy) of Newton, Connie Arney (Anthony) of High Point and Melissa Mooney (Bryon) of Conover; his grandchildren, Amy Branch, Jessica Kelly (Jeff), Alan Arney and Kaylee Mooney; and his great grandchildren, Courtney B., Courtney K., Corey, Sophie and Melody.
