He is survived by: his wife Susan Lanier Bolick; his daughter Anna Bolick Smith (Bryan) of Claremont, NC; his grandson Ian Smith of Claremont, NC.; his brother Art Bolick (Lynn) of Salisbury, NC; his nephew Brad Bolick (Wendy); his children, Alyssa, Caden of Davidson, NC, John Paul Bolick (Laura), Holden and Christian of Weaverville, NC; his sister-in-law Carolyn Steed (Dwight) of High Point, NC; his niece Amy Bibbens; and his children, Jackson, Caroline of Claremont, CA, Elizabeth Lynch (Tim) and Anderson of High Point, NC.. He is also survived by many cousins and close friends.
