It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carroll Stephen Laws of Claremont, North Carolina, born in Catawba, North Carolina, who passed away on April 10, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Lewis Laws and Marlene Whitener Tidwell; and his wife Barbara Lynn Mixon Laws. He is survived by: his children, Michael Smith of Texas, Chris Pair of Wallace, NC, Daniel Pair of South Carolina, Aaron Laws of Claremont, Johnathan Laws of Claremont and Stephanie Laws; his brothers, Lewis Laws (Piotr) and Robert Laws (Maria) of Nebraska; his half-brother Howard Laws of Florida; his sisters, Barbara Kennedy of Texas, Brenda Ikard (Randy) of Newton, Rita Carlton (Jeff) of Georgia and Lesa Dellinger (Ronnie) of South Carolina; his half-sister Jenny Bridges of Florida; and his grandchildren, Xander and Zahra Berney Multiple. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, friends.
