She is survived by: her husband Earl Adam Hefner Jr.; her children, Patricia Fortner (Thomas) of Claremont and Bobby Hefner of Conover; and her sisters, Wilma Greene of Lenoir, Jean Bristol of Lenoir, Barbara Greer of Lenoir, Jeanette Crotts of Lenoir and Elaine Nelson of Lenoir. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and nine nieces and nephews.
