He is survived by: his wife Peggy Bridges Russ; his daughters, Donna Russ Runyon (Tim Gilliland) and Tracy Russ Thomas (Jeff) of Shelby; his sisters, Roxie Russ Sisk (Charlie) of South Carolina and Judy Russ Lowe of South Carolina; his grandsons, James Timothy Brown (Kelsey Rollins) of Spartanburg, SC and Teddy Michelle White of Shelby; and his great grandchildren, Donathan Brown, Cory Brown and Dessie Wiggins.
