She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Franklin Hoover and Emma Sue Wilson Hoover. She is survived by: her husband L. Joe Strickland; her daughters, Wendy Clark (Doug) of Lawndale and Heather Davis (Craig) of Charlotte; her sister Betty Hoover of Mocksville; and her grandchildren, Bryson, Lauren and Logan.
