He is survived by: his wife Vertie Lou Hensley Carver; his children, Glenn Carver of Michigan, Brenda Rumbough of Cherryville, Rebecca Grigg (Bill Ruccio) of Cherryville and Jennifer Singleton of Cherryville; his nieces, Kimberly Ponder, Michelle Loux, Ronda Burris, Joy Lynn Carver, Mary Faye Carver and Toni Carver; and his nephew Kevin Carver. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
