She is survived by: her children, David Wayne Smith and Donna Smith Lankford (Marty Lankford); her sister Joyce Page; her grandchildren, Joshua Mull (Megan), Taffa Michelle Dixon and Amber Machelle Durham; her great grandchild Atlas Everek Mull; her niece Penny Funderburk; her nephew Jason Page; and her pet Gizmo.
