It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mitchell Smith (Cherryville, North Carolina), who passed away on November 16, 2022, at the age of 31, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Joe Arnold Smith and Donna McCuen Smith; his wife Felicia Fowler Smith; his children, Jaxson Messinger, Evelynn of Granite Falls and Joanna Smith of Granite Falls; his sisters, Laura Price (Chad) of Lincolnton and Jodie Smith (Burk Krohe) of St. Louis; and his nephew Mason Pilkington.
