It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret D. Edwards (Cherryville, North Carolina), who passed away on March 2, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father William Hughes; her husband Belvin McKinley Edwards; her sons, Kevin and Alan; and her sister Lydia Hightower.

She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Lisa Edwards; her grandson Dylan Edwards; and her sister Betty McLawhorn of Roanoke, VA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
