She is survived by: her mother Dorothy Sue Hester Whisnant; her husband Jason Houser; her children, Jonathan Houser (Jamie) of Lincolnton and Melissa Jane Houser Osorto (Marvin); her grandchildren, Skeeter, Haleigh, Ricky, Zackary, Summer, Kevin, Tucker, Elliott and Ethan; and her siblings, Susan Walker and James Huss of Lincolnton.
