She is survived by: her husband Howard Bruce McSwain; her daughter Lynn McSwain Piercy (William Abernathy) of New House; her grandchildren, Preslei Piercy and Michael Gantt (Dusty Francis Gantt); her great grandchild Elias G. Garcia; and her close friend Suzanne Gibbs of Shelby.
