He was predeceased by: his father Orbin Palmer; his son Christopher Lee Palmer (Ashley Burrow); and his sister Linda Kay Harris. He is survived by: his wife Wilma June Palmer; his son Keith Wayne Palmer (Shannon); his stepsons, Michael Burrow and Jonathan Burrow; and his grandsons, Justin Palmer, Nicholas Palmer and Ethan Palmer. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.
