He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Wayne Jenkins, Sr. and Hazeline Mauney Jenkins; his brother Robert Wayne "Bobby" Jenkins, Jr.; and his nephew Samuel Jenkins. He is survived by: his wife Angela Huggins Jenkins; his sister Ann Davis (Arnold); and his nieces and nephews, Christina Hamilton, Karen Nunez, Tammy Heffner (Randy), Allison Abernathy (Brandon), Ansley Abernathy, Sydney Abernathy, Jeremy Hamilton (Autumn) and Johnny Brooks Colby (Andy).
