He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Gertrude Throneburg Neill; his daughter Sandra Lee Chapman; and his sibling Barbara Jeanette Neill. He is survived by: his children, Marsha Yount (Roy) of Cat Square, Kathy Pilkington (Randy) of Lowell, Debra Recore (Joe) of Charlotte and Randy Chapman (Julia) of Cherryville; his brother James Paul Neill of Idaho; and his nieces and nephews, Janet Neill Jones (Tom), Beth Sain, Randy Neill, Jim Neill (Julie), Doug Neill (Nancy) and Nancy Sicking (Joe). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren.
